Refund and Cancellation Policies

We understand that despite a registrant’s best intentions they may find themselves unable to attend a workshop or program. If that happens, we will accept cancellations and issue refunds and/or credit under the following conditions:

SOAR FESTS WORKSHOPS

  • If we cancel a workshop for any reason, all registration fees will be fully refunded.
  • If a registrant withdraws from a workshop with more than four days’ (96 hours) notice, a credit will be issued minus a $25 admin fee (which can be applied as a credit towards any future Soar Fest workshop within the next 12 months.)
  • If a registrant withdraws with less than four days’ (96 hours) notice or chooses not to "show up," at the workshop, no refund will be issued.

all OTHER GROUP PROGRAMS other than soar Fests:

  • If we cancel a program for any reason, all registration fees will be fully refunded. 
  • If a registrant withdraws from a program with more than 14 days' notice, a credit will be issued minus a $100 admin fee (which can be applied as a credit towards any future Soar Fest workshop(s), Conscious Channeling Program, Authentic Abundance Program - or other group program upon approval - within the next 12 months.) No refunds will be issued.
  • Where program fees include accommodation and meals, that portion of the fee cannot be refunded.
  • If a registrant withdraws with less than 2 weeks’ notice or does not to "show up," for the program, no refund will be issued.

Coaching, Mentoring and Other Personal, 1 to 1 Session Work

  • If we need to cancel an appointment for any reason, we will offer an opportunity to reschedule the appointment.
  • If a client needs to reschedule an appointment they may do so without penalty with at least 48 hours notice, using the link in the confirmation email to change your appointment day/time.
  • All purchases of individual sessions, or private coaching work must be used within 1 calendar year of the original purchase date. Session credit(s) expire 1-calendar year from the original purchase date.
  • If a client cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours, or is a no-show, there will be no refund or credit will be issued.

We reserve the right to update or change these policies at any time.
